Wes answered a lot of questions we had and helped us figure out a HELOC for down payment on our future home before selling our current home. He responded quickly to our requests and kept us informed.
I suggest continuing to move to an online portal to see what is due and when. It also helps the customer understand if things are on track. We had this with a previous loan company and it is very helpful. The documents can be loaded from our computer and everyone can see them instead of needing to send via email.
