The loan I had at the bank was either not explained correctly or I misunderstood what was to happen. I thought the loan was for 30 years and would not need to refinance for a while and would not need to pay closing costs so soon. Not the case, but Cecilia took the time to explain things and what was needed for the new loan. She maintained communication and worked to answer my questions and change details as needed.
