The Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) recently recognized seven companies as their 2020 Diversity and Inclusion Residential Leadership Award Winners, and FirstBank Mortgage is honored to be the recipient of the Market Outreach Strategies Award as the result of a recent initiative, FirstBank Forward.

This award recognized FirstBank Forward for its outreach, marketing and products that attract customers in some of the fastest growing segments. FirstBank Forward was celebrated for its efforts in creating products and partnerships that benefit homebuyers.

MBA stated, “The award commends the hard work, dedication, and creativity of exemplary programs that focus on achieving organizational diversity and inclusion.” They added that FirstBank Forward “stood out for their clear goals and cross-enterprise approach in product development and partnerships” in addition to focusing on talent retention and providing ongoing training opportunities and resources.
