Cecelia made us feel valued and like family from day one of talking to her. We had reached out to several banks and credit unions, but after talking to her the choice was clear. We had several ups and downs throughout the process, (none were any fault of Cecelia or First Bank) and she never hesitated to reach out and give you a comforting feeling. She ended every conversation assuring us that WE had this and it was all going to be ok, shedding light even when i was about ready to give up!
